If I had to pick one flavour and product that represents Aura Labs' protein selection, it'd probably be this guy.
Vanilla is statistically the best-selling protein flavour in the entire store. Not because it's the most exciting, but because it's the one people almost never get tired of. Six months later, they're still happy they bought Vanilla.
This is also the protein I think makes the absolute smoothest shakes. Right beside Triple Milk Chocolate, it's about as silky as protein gets. Throw it into a BlenderBottle and it mixes incredibly well. Throw it into an actual blender, and it honestly starts feeling more like a milkshake than a protein shake.
One thing I personally love about Vanilla is how versatile it is. I'll blend it with frozen blueberries, mixed berries, or even orange juice if I want something completely different. Sometimes I'll throw two scoops into a five-pound blender with frozen fruit and make enough for multiple servings. Vanilla works with almost everything, whereas some flavours start fighting with whatever you add to them.
Another thing people don't think about: plain yogurt. Instead of buying flavoured yogurt that's loaded with extra sugar, I usually grab the 0% plain lactose-free Liberté yogurt, mix in a scoop of this, and suddenly it tastes phenomenal while giving me way more protein. You're basically trading a tiny amount of sucralose for something that tastes significantly better and fits your macros far more easily.
Some people spend months trying to find the "perfect" protein. Meanwhile the people building the most muscle are already on tub number four because they picked one and stayed consistent.
People with the most Aura usually understand that consistency compounds. Buy something you genuinely enjoy using every day, remove another decision from your life, and move on.
If someone asked me for one premium protein that mixes beautifully, digests well, works in shakes, smoothies, yogurt, and pretty much everything else, this would be one of the first tubs I'd point at. It's the cream-of-the-crop product for a reason.
